One-on-one yoga offers a variety of asana practices, depending on your energetic need or goals. The personalized setting allows you to get more hands-on adjustments and direct feedback for your own practice.

During our initial consultation, we will determine which of these specialties or combinations best supports your personal goals.

Every session can be different. We stay flexible and responsive to make sure the movement process is working well for your body & it’s needs.

Review & De-Brief

After each session, I will send a detailed follow-up email breaking down everything we covered in session, so you may continue your practice at home, both on & off your mat.
