your prana (life-force energy) is constantly circulating within you. and the state of your breath directly affects the state of your mind, body, and spirit.
remembering to slow down, tune in, and consciously shape this energy can help to cultivate your well-being back to center.
so take a moment now to close your eyes. feel your breath moving gently through your nose. take a few breaths to notice any temperatures, textures, or sensations.
now take an easy breath in. fill up your belly, your lungs, all the way to the crown of your head. notice a small pause at the top of your inhale. purse your lips and take a slow, easy breath out. empty your throat, your lungs, and your belly. notice a small pause at the bottom of your exhale.
repeat this a few times, then open your eyes and smile big. hug someone you love. take a moment to pause and notice the beauty in your surroundings. take a moment to slow down and

it’s about the integration of peace into your everyday life. finding ways to inspire peace onto others, while also returning to your own center of peace within.
this collection is here to remind you that it doesn’t have to be grand gestures of kindness (although those are great), or an hour of seated meditation (also great), in order to attain a little peace throughout your day.
peace can come during the act of picking out what to wear in the morning. it can arise when you pass by a mirror and see the ॐ on your hat. it can be passed onto others when a stranger walks by and reads the back of your shirt.
