Additional Fees & Policies

  • For sessions hosted outside of the immediate St. Petersburg area, a travel fee is applied to cover time and transportation costs.

    This fee is calculated based on the distance to your location and will be clearly outlined in your custom quote.

    For example:

    • Tampa / Clearwater: $40 Flat Travel Fee.

    • Sarasota / North Tampa: $75+ Flat Travel Fee.

  • If you prefer to host your session in a professional yoga studio environment rather than a private home or rental, the cost of the space rental ($25) will be added to your session rate. Time slots available will vary based on the studio schedule, and will be coordinated upon booking inquiry.

  • We require a 48 hour notice for 1:1 sessions and 72 hours notice for private group bookings.

    Upon booking confirmation, a 50% deposit is required and will go towards the final cost. This deposit is non-refundable.

    Cancellations made within the stated time windows are non-refundable; however, we are happy to offer a one-time rescheduling of your session if notice is provided.
