Join Anna for a sunset Tibetan sound bath in the cozy, outdoor space of the beautiful retreat house, The Emerald Villa. We’ll spend the first few minutes dropping into the space with a grounding guided meditation, followed by an adjustment into savasana and essential oil neck massage to help you further relax and unwind.
